I was in a panic at my house when my water randomly stopped working, and within 2 hours of calling Tom, he was at my house ready to address the problem. He figured out the solution in about 5 minutes, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and with my consent, went to work right away. He was done in about 20 minutes and kept me updated along the way with what he was doing. Soon enough I had running water and was overjoyed. Great service and a great guy! It’s not often we have an opportunity to write a letter of commendation to any company anymore, but you are certainly due for our appreciation for your service to us. You assured us that our well pump was using much more power than it should and that a new pump and power drive unit should solve the problem. You also said that our sand and sediment problem from the well would be solved by adding a shroud to the new unit. We are pleased to report that your installation on April 21st this year has proved you 100% right on. Our electrical bills have been back to normal about 30-40% below. Those were our problems with the pump existed. The water quality has been truly what everyone must hope for who has a well with residue and staining problems in the water. We have crystal clear water now. No more staining of the toilets, coffee pot and pans and no more periodic draining of the hot water tank and pressure tank to get the sand and residue out. Our sincere thanks to you for such an exemplary service, and appreciation of your low bid on the job and for the refund when you found the well shallower than anticipated.

I found that we had no water about noon. I could hear the pump coming on, then immediately turning off about every 30 seconds. Being a die hard do-it-yourselfer, I tried to figure out the problem myself. Having no luck at all, I went online to see what advice Google had for me, which proved useless, thus, hanging my head in shame, I went to Yelp…. An hour after Tom showed up he was gone and I had water once again. I recommend Pacific Pump without any reservations. Thanks Tom.

Tom is wonderful. He’s very prompt and knows his stuff. He also goes the extra mile. For example . . . a few years ago during winter, my daughter’s system needed repair. He came the day before he was to take a morning flight to a convention, but lacked a crucial part. The next morning, about 6:00 AM (a couple of hours before his flight) he was back at my daughter’s house installing the part with no extra charge! He is ALWAYS prompt and courteous and his prices are very fair.

Excellent and efficient service! I highly recommend Pacific Pump. There was a pipe leak preventing water circulating throughout my property. This company was simply amazing!
Friendly, worked around our schedule, prices were fair and they even gave us a discount! They were able to come out and replace our pressure tank and all the fittings etc. all in just a few hours! And, this was no easy job because our pressure tank, was from 1943!

Best company I’ve ever dealt with for well issues! I had a problem with my well and filtering system and expected to have to buy a whole new one but Tom the owner came out and fixed it when several other companies just told me I had to replace it! If you want an honest place to do business with I highly recommend them.

Recently, my well pump failed. I contacted a well-known well company…they come out, did an assessment, gave an estimate and then told me I would need to remove my cattery because they couldn’t access the well. This cattery cost several thousand dollars to put in! I was in a panic!! And, I didn’t have water, except for the holding tank. I was referred to Tom at Pacific Pump. He was at my door in less than two hours. He assessed the issue and then said the best words ever: “I have equipment that will go right over your cattery”…hooray!
Tom was back the next day…he replaced the pump, fixed all the lines…all with a wonderful sense of humor and a smile!!
I cannot express in words what a relief it was to have everything back up and running without disturbing my kitties! And the best part?? Tom did the job for a great deal less than the other company!

Honest, Punctual, Experienced Expert Service…at a very price!!

Pacific pump did an excellent job at our home. Very professional, friendly and really knew their business. In less than two hours we again had water restored to our home. We would recommend their service to everyone that we know. The receptionist who answered the phone was also professional . We called around 7:30 am and they were at our home by 10:00 am. If we have any other problems with our pump we will be calling them again. In a scale of one to ten, they would get a ten from us.
We also have a sticker on our holding tank, so that in an emergency we can contact them immediately. Thanks again to our two service persons that came to our house. We really appreciate all they did. Thanks OLD Blair Tudor, II You are on my resource list.

This business is top notch. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is dealing with pump issues. The pump supplying water to a duplex I own started failing on a Friday afternoon. I called Pacific Pump and they responded that afternoon. Saving the tenants from experiencing any water service loss. On top of that, Pacific Pump noticed that the failing pump was potentially still under warranty. They called and asked if I knew the age of the pump, which unfortunately I could not remember. Pacific Pump then went out of their way to call the manufacturer for me and they got confirmation that the pump was still under warranty and got me a replacement pump for free. Pacific Pump’s over the top service saved me from spending $1600 on a new pump. These guys are the best!!! Straight shooters all the way!!

Having done some research on different pump company reviews, I decided to call Pacific Pump for a 3rd opinion about my broken well. First of all, talking with Nancy to schedule a service call went super easy, she was great! Tom (the owner) and Andrew came out the same day to check the well over and give me a bid. They even called me in advance to let me know that they were on their way.
Both Tom and Andrew were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, with a touch of humor which helped to put me at ease. They abided by the Covid safety guidelines.  When they returned 2 days later to fix the pump, they completed the job quickly. The problem was 3 burned up wires 140 ft. down the 300 ft. pipe. They answered all of my questions in layman’s terms. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. And best of all, I ended up paying 20% of the worst case scenario bid. What a humongous relief!
